Site Superintendent - Civil & Bulk Earthworks - 2:1 roster

We're partnering with a leading global consultancy to help deliver a major sustaining capital project in the Pilbara region. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key site-based leadership role, working on a long-term earthworks package as part of a well-supported and high-performing team.

With a 12+ month duration, an 11-hour day structure, and a roster that supports work-life balance, this role offers stability, strong hourly rates, and the chance to work on a major mining project from the ground up.

The role offers

  • FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster
  • Leadership within a growing site team of up to 65 people
  • High-profile mining project with established systems and support
  • Exposure to a respected Tier 1 consultancy

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate bulk earthworks activities across site
  • Manage daily contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Earthworks Coordinators and Civil teams to deliver to plan
  • Report into the Construction Manager and support project milestones
  • Oversee haul roads, access roads and associated earthworks scope

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large mine sites
  • Strong contractor management and leadership capabilities
  • Exposure to haul road construction, access roads and general earthworks infrastructure
  • Able to work on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
