- $130 -150k base + package

Our client is a specialist civils contractor within the earthworks and civils sectors, covering multiple earthworks projects including bulk and detailed within various sectors including rail, infrastructure and sub divisions.

Due to successful tendering, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor with a proven track record on the delivery of civil earthworks projects within the Perth / metro region.

Reporting into the project Superintendent on this rail bias project you will be responsible for the organising and supervising of crews, managing and allocation up upto 30 pieces of plant and driving the project in a safe and timely manner.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term Perth based role with a recognised contractor offering an excellent remuneration package.

- **Min' 5 yrs proven earthworks supervisory experience**:

- **Rail experience advantageous**:

- **Ability to communicate at all levels**:

- **Excellent organisational and man management skills**:

- **Ability to drive a project as part of a team**
