Civil Superintendent – FIFO WA

About the Client

Our client is a leading civil and mining contractor, known for delivering safe, high-quality projects across WA. With a strong pipeline for 2025 and beyond, they are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent for an upcoming project.

The Role

You will oversee site operations, driving project delivery in line with safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily site operations and civil works
  • Supervise and support teams, subcontractors, and engineers
  • Enforce HSE standards and champion a strong safety culture
  • Oversee quality control and compliance
  • Act as the main liaison with clients and project managers

Requirements

  • Extensive civil construction experience (bulk earthworks/civil infrastructure)
  • Proven Superintendent or Senior Supervisor background
  • S26 training (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Procore, Hammertech & MS Office (advantageous)
  • Current Driver's Licence + ability to pass medical/D&A
  • Australian PR or valid work rights

  • FIFO from Perth only | 2:1 roster
  • Initial 6+ month project with ongoing opportunities
  • Immediate mobilisation
