Sutherland Projects is a dynamic and growing real estate company, specialising in the sale of new developments and off-the-plan properties. We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in selling exciting new projects across the Gold Coast.

About the Role

This is an on-site position, perfect for a passionate and motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and negotiating successful sales, primarily within the project marketing space.

Key Responsibilities


• Represent and sell new residential developments and off-the-plan projects


• Manage property listings and conduct on-site appointments


• Build and maintain strong client relationships


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey


• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process end-to-end


• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviour


• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards

What We're Looking For


• Proven experience in project marketing and selling new developments


• A current Full Real Estate Agents License (QLD)


• Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team


• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales tools is an advantage


• We are looking for high-performing individuals with a strong sales track record in the off-the-plan sector
