We're seeking a visionary
Senior Project Manager
to join our growing team, driving the delivery of complex infrastructure projects that leave a lasting legacy. This is your opportunity to be part of Tasmania's next chapter—partnering with visionary clients to deliver infrastructure that shapes thriving, future-ready communities.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion. You'll be the trusted advisor who brings clarity to complexity—translating client ambitions into tangible outcomes through strategic planning, resource coordination, design leadership, procurement oversight, and contract administration.
You'll be part of a collaborative, inclusive team that values innovation, integrity, and impact. Together, we're building infrastructure that matters.
About You
You're a confident and driven project leader who thrives in dynamic environments where you can add value. You bring:
- Proven expertise - 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, with a track record of delivering projects valued over $50M.
- Sector versatility - Experience across transport infrastructure, industrial, energy, health, education, defence, or community infrastructure is highly regarded.
- Strong foundations - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Property Economics, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication - You build trust through clear, confident engagement and can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with ease.
- Strategic mindset - You bring professionalism, commercial acumen, and a solutions-focused approach to every challenge.
- Passion for impact - You're proactive, curious, and committed to continuous growth—for yourself, your team, and the communities you serve.
