We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager for the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects in Devonport.

The Role

This full-time, permanent position is based at our Head Office office in Devonport.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team known for their expertise, dedication, and supportive culture. You'll be part of a dynamic group that works hard, collaborates openly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in guiding your team to deliver successful project outcomes and meet critical build milestones. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting your team to achieve project goals through effective coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Ensuring all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets in line with our Total Integrated Management System.
  • Delivering projects in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Managing commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration and financial performance.
  • Championing safety at all levels and fostering a culture of care and accountability.
  • Promoting environmental responsibility across all project phases.
  • Attending site meetings and contributing to monthly project reporting.

The ideal candidate will be

  • Proven experience in commercial construction.
  • Formal training in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
