About the Role
We're looking for a
motivated, detail-focused and values-aligned
VET Compliance Manager
to join our growing team.

Your Key Responsibilities
You'll guide and support RTO clients to maintain compliance with the
Standards for RTOs 2015
, the
National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011
, and the new
2025 Outcome Standards
.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading internal audits, preparing evidence, and managing ASQA audit readiness
Advising clients on how to interpret and apply legislation in a way that works for their specific context
Reviewing and developing high-quality policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Supporting continuous improvement and validation systems
Training and coaching RTO staff on compliance best practices
Providing onsite and remote support to clients across Australia
Staying up to date on all relevant legislative and regulatory changes — and helping others understand them too

Essential Requirements
- Deep understanding of
ASQA's audit model
, the
VET Quality Framework
, and RTO operational practices - At least 2–3 years in a
compliance, regulatory or quality assurance role
within the VET sector - Experience working with or supporting
internal audits, validation, TAS reviews
or
policy writing - Excellent communication and consulting skills — both written and verbal
- Confidence in managing multiple client relationships and priorities
- A willingness to travel interstate when required
- TAE40116/TAE40122 or a Diploma in VET is highly regarded
