We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join the Parts team at our dealership as a Parts Interpreter.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and building strong customer relationships through high quality customer service that focuses on providing effective and accurate interpretation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Identifying and recommending parts to guests.
  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination of our parts warehouse, along with assisting customers on our front counter.
  • Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
  • Courteous handling of both face to face & telephone enquiries
  • Follow-up and resolve guest requests and issues
  • Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
  • Keeping sales records updated
  • Receive and process all monies when applicable

The successful applicant will:

  • Have previous experience in a parts environment
  • Working knowledge/ability to identify make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment
  • Skills to manage a multi-task workload and work efficiently under pressure
  • Working knowledge with computers
