Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinic team to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs

  • Coordinate daily operations, including bookings, stock control, and staff rosters

  • Ensure smooth communication between frontline staff and directors

  • Manage client feedback and provide prompt resolutions- Support HR processes, including onboarding and performance reviews

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years' experience in clinic, retail or hospitality management

  • Proven leadership and team coordination experience

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable

  • Experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry preferred

  • Understanding of AHPRA, TGA and cosmetic regulations is a plus
