**About the role**

Luxe Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This part-time role is based in our Chatswood, NSW clinic and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting the smooth running of our operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Warmly greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system
- Assisting clients with payment processing and managing accounts
- Maintain a presentable front desk and welcoming clinic environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and assisting in managing social media content (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
- Provide administrative support to the executive and board team

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, ideally within a medical or beauty clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and polite demeanour
- Proficient in English is essential, with knowledge of Mandarin being an added advantage.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software
- A team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
