HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As a key link between product, operations and our global supply partners, you'll own the flow of stock across every region ensuring we've always got the right product, in the right place, at the right time. You'll take charge of demand forecasting and inventory planning across multiple markets, translating insights into actionable production schedules for our factories in China. Partnering closely with our 3PLs around the world you'll keep the global machine running smoothly balancing analytical precision with real-world agility. This role suits someone who loves the detail, thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning numbers into confident decisions that keep things flowing end to end.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own demand forecasting across regions, styles, and colours producing accurate, actionable forecasts that guide purchasing and production
  • Partner with factories in China to translate forecasts into purchase orders, ensuring lead times and MOQs are aligned with business needs
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners globally to ensure inventory levels are balanced and product availability meets market demand
  • Support international freight documentation and customs clearance processes in collaboration with logistics and accounting partners
  • Maintain master data accuracy across systems for clean reporting and reliable insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and marketing teams to align forecasts with campaign activity and commercial goals
  • Track open purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance, escalating risks early and proposing solutions
  • Run scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of demand changes, supplier delays or regional shifts and recommend proactive adjustments
  • Support continuous improvement of planning tools and data flows between systems to strengthen forecast accuracy and supply visibility
  • Build and maintain clear reporting dashboards that track performance against KPIs, highlighting trends and variances
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across planning processes and data accuracy to drive efficiency and operational visibility

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline
  • 4+ years' experience in demand planning, inventory or supply chain coordination (ideally in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools (Cin7, NetSuite, SAP, Shopify)
  • Experience working directly with offshore manufacturers and 3PL partners
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail
