About the role:

The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting customer demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet business needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain, merchandising, sales, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in demand planning or supply chain management, and a keen understanding of retail trends.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and seasonality
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align demand plans with business objectives and supply constraints
  • Analyse sales patterns, inventory levels, and customer buying behaviours to optimize stock replenishment strategies
  • Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to incorporate new product launches, markdowns, and promotional events into the forecast
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust demand plans as necessary to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Utilize demand planning software and analytics tools to improve forecast reliability
  • Communicate demand insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and market dynamic
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or related roles within a retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of retail sales cycles, seasonal demand fluctuations, and inventory management best practices

These full-time positions offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Demand Planners to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic planning team and environment and to help support and contribute towards the growth and trajectory of our planning efforts.
