Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for experienced construction lawyers to work with our clients in the property development sector. Ideally, this individual will have years of experience either in-house at a construction company, or in a team at a top or mid-tier law firm.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on major development initiatives, particularly in the power generation and energy storage sectors.
- Draft, review, and secure key project agreements, including connection and offtake contracts, in close collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
- Engage and direct external counsel while equipping internal teams with targeted legal training and resources.
- Monitor emerging issues and implement measures to manage legal and regulatory risk across all phases of project delivery.
- Drive strong governance standards and contribute to the direction and leadership of the legal function.
To join us, you will:
- Have at least 5+ years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
- Experience in project development (construction and/or energy)
- Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
- Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
