What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with food preparation and kitchen duties, including chopping, peeling, and mixing ingredients

  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to expand your culinary expertise

What we're looking for

  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
  • A willingness to learn and a positive, adaptable attitude
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment is desirable, but not essential
