About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and motivated 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to join our island kitchen team full-time. You'll work across breakfast, lunch and dinner service, learn from experienced chefs, and be part of a tight-knit hospitality family.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare mise en place and assist with meal preparation.
  • Maintain high food hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills and techniques.
  • Contribute to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently completing a chef apprenticeship (Year 1 or 2).
  • Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to weekend and public holiday work.
