About the Role:

We offer a seasonal à la carte menu that celebrates local produce and elevated flavours. As part of our small and collaborative kitchen team, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to refine your skills, learn the rhythm of service, and build confidence across all sections.

• A current 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Chef with a strong work ethic and a passion for food.


• Someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work.


• A team player who thrives in a calm, supportive environment.


• Ability to follow direction, manage prep, and contribute positively during service.


• A genuine interest in producing quality dishes that reflect our tranquil, elegant setting.
