We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries, providing tailored solutions and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional sales experience. You'll build strong relationships, respond promptly to needs, and help customers find the right products and services to suit their requirements. Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate order entry using MYOB Exo
  • Answer 40+ inbound calls & emails
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information and maintain positive experiences
  • Perform general customer service duties as required
  • Phone answering in a polite and well-spoken manner

Requirements:

  • A hard working & motivated person
  • Confidence on the phone when talking to people
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Problem solver and able to use initiative
  • Organisational and Multi-tasking skills
  • Well-spoken / exceptional phone manner
  • Clear & well articulated English
  • Must be able to work unsupervised
  • Great customer service skills
