Job Title: Support Coordinator- Builders Sector

Join our team at Bretts Trade Plumbing Supplies Narangba as a Supply Coordinator to our builders

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to manage the flow of materials from our suppliers to building contractors and construction sites.

In this critical role you will be the primary point of contact for our builders and plumbers, ensuring every order is accurate and delivered on time.

The Role

Full-time - 38 hours per week

The role of Supply Coordinator reports to the Administration Manager at our Narangba location.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Order Management: Process, track, and schedule a high volume of supply orders. You will ensure accuracy, manage non-stocked inventory, and coordinate deliveries using our calendar system.
  • Client & Supplier Relations: Act as the main liaison between our company, clients, and suppliers. You'll provide order updates, resolve issues, and proactively build strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative & Office Support: Use our Frameworks software to manage daily operations, assist with answering phones, and help customers at reception.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or construction materials is highly preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities to manage numerous orders and deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting professionally and friendly with clients, suppliers, and our internal team.
  • Problem-Solving: You are a resourceful and proactive problem-solver who can quickly address unexpected challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is beneficial.
