Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our Narangba team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build new relationships with builders and trade accounts
- Face to face sales and marketing
- Retail sales and over the counter sales
- Quoting and ordering
- General office duties as required

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Sales experience within the building industry
- Metal roofing sales and product knowledge an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused (Internal and External)
- Great work ethic and a team player
- Good mathematical skills
- MS Office proficiency
