**The role**
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Supervisor - Concrete to join our NATA accredited team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is position will have you liaising between production and sales processes using your technical knowledge and experience to ensure compliant quality processes, satisfied customers, and exceptional products. Your primary duties will include monitoring product performance both onsite and through laboratory results, investigating customer concerns and developing solutions and monitoring concrete and raw material performance.

This position requires a Monday to Friday roster with some out of hours and weekend work.
**Responsibilities**
- Sampling and testing of concrete and aggregate products
- Analysis of results and providing technical recommendations
- Investigation of quality issues for internal and external customers
- Technical supervision of critical projects
- Collaboration with production team to ensure successful day to day plant operations
- Quality control knowledge & processes of concrete production and raw material QA controls
- Training & Supervision of field technicians
- Development of new products and existing product optimisation
**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience in concrete sampling and testing
- Experience with Main Roads testing standards
- Australian driver license
- Certificate III in Laboratory Skills or Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques
- Construction Industry White Card
- Strong analytical thinking skills
