As an ambassador of Happitat, you'll lead a passionate crew in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. It's more than just customer service, this role is about setting the tone, creating connections and ensuring every visitor walks away with a story worth sharing.

This role requires someone who:


• Radiates positive and vibrant energy to ensure every customer feels welcomed, informed and appreciated


• Experienced in resource management and customer service


• Experienced in booking and ticketing processes and well-versed in the adventures on offer


• Conducts departmental open and close procedures, revenue reporting, feedback analysis


• Is confident to complete regular inspections and audits of work areas to identify and remedy potential safety hazards or issues


• Is experienced in staff management, supervision, rostering, training and development


• Maintains the visual appeal and cleanliness of the reception area, handles food, monitors & replenishes retail offerings


• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a flair for customer service

Do you fit the bill?

We've got a few deal breakers, so you'll need to have:


• High School diploma or equivalent


• Current First Aid HLTAID011 & CPR HLTAID009 certificate


• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Standard 3.2.2)


• Certificate II or III in Tourism or equivalent is advantageous


• Computer confidence and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


• An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments


• A positive and happi outlook with a can-do attitude


• Be a team player, strong leader and self-motivated


• Good level of physical fitness


• Your own reliable vehicle

Are you prepared?


• Some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintains their physical fitness.


• Our days of operation are Thursday to Monday.


• Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays are our time to shine, so it's all hands on deck. Availability during these times is a minimum requirement.
