The Role

We're looking for a Digital Content Specialist who is skilled in content creation and campaign execution. You'll be editing videos, creating image posts, writing captions — while also working directly with clients and influencers.

This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll get to see your work published, shared, and talked about across platforms like RedNote and WeChat.

What You'll Do

  • Video Editing – Edit engaging content including social media reels, interviews, and business showreels.
  • Image & Post Creation – Design and edit image-based posts and write captions that connect with audiences.
  • Client Communication – Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver campaigns that work.
  • Social Media Expertise – Stay on top of trends and ensure our content performs on RedNote, WeChat, and other key platforms.
  • Paid Campaigns – Set up and optimise paid campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Influencer Marketing – Support influencer collaborations and campaign coordination.

What You'll Need

  • Native-level fluency in Mandarin, plus strong English communication skills.
  • Proven skills in video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Capcut.
  • Experience creating short-form content for social media (both video and images).
  • Solid knowledge of RedNote and WeChat and how to create content that performs.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with great attention to detail.
