Your new role

As the EA and Office Manager, you'll play a dual role supporting senior executives with high-level coordination while leading the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll sit front of house, acting as the face of the business and first point of contact for visitors and suppliers. Key responsibilities include;
  • Providing executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Overseeing office operations, facilities, and supplier relationships
  • Managing front-of-house duties with professionalism and warmth
  • Driving team engagement and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture
  • Supporting internal projects and initiatives with autonomy and visibility across the business
