Legal Personal Assistant – support Managing Partner 

CBD Based and 2 days WFH

Salary up to $110k Package

THE FIRM

One of the Melbourne's leading corporate law firms are looking to add a high calibre Legal Personal Assistant to their team. Situated in modern offices in the heart of the CBD, the firm boasts an enviable client base that includes global corporations and high net worth individuals.

THE ROLE

The role will involve working closely with the managing partner to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The position would suit an experienced and motivated legal secretary/assistant looking for career progression, or a legal EA or PA looking to step up.


• Diary and calendar management.

• Booking travel, accommodation and other disbursements.

• Preparing corporate transactional documents including contracts, deeds, and memos.

• Legal administrative tasks including billing.

ABOUT YOU

Our client is not extending this opportunity to Students or those without unrestricted working rights.

To be considered for the role, you must be a legal secretary or PA with at least 3 years' experience gained within a law firm or corporate services firm supporting senior stakeholders.

High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality; and

Be able to work 5 days per week.
