The Opportunity

We're looking for someone special to join us on an exciting journey—helping bring creative business ideas to life from the ground up. If you're entrepreneurial at heart, love the thrill of building something new, and want the flexibility to work around your life, this could be perfect for you.

This is a casual role to start, ideal for parents returning to work (mums and dads welcome) or anyone seeking flexible work arrangements. As the business grows, so will the role—with the potential to evolve into part-time or full-time down the track.

Think of this as more than just a job. You'll be working alongside us to develop and launch new products, manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, and help turn concepts into reality. I'm looking for someone who can work autonomously, check in with me once or twice a week, and genuinely enjoy the adventure of startup life.

Why You'll Love This Role

Flexibility First: Work from home on your own schedule. Life happens—we get that.

Real Impact: You won't be a cog in the machine. You'll be instrumental in shaping the direction of the business and bringing new ideas to market.

Room to Grow: Start casual, but as the business takes off, there's genuine opportunity to step into a bigger role with more hours and responsibility.

Creative Freedom: Use your skills in business management, sales, or branding to nurture ideas from concept stage. You'll be working with designers, engineers, and other creative types—no two days will be the same.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: If you love the energy and unpredictability of startups, you'll thrive here.

Who You Are

You're a self-starter with a creative background in business management, sales, or branding. You're organised, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. You don't need hand-holding—you can take a goal, run with it, and come back with results.

You're the kind of person who gets excited about new ideas, isn't afraid to pick up the phone and chat with manufacturers or distributors, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. You're proactive, enthusiastic, and ready for an adventure.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be varied, but here's a taste of what you'll be involved in:

Supporting Product Development: You'll be the glue that keeps everything moving—coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Liaising with Suppliers & Manufacturers: You'll be a point of contact, aligning production schedules with our launch goals and keeping everyone on the same page.

Managing Multiple Products: From concept to launch, you'll be tracking where each product is at and what needs to happen next.

Keeping Things Organised: Documentation, branding consistency, production schedules—you'll make sure it's all tidy and accessible.

Social Media & Content: Help initiate and manage our online presence and keep our community engaged.

Problem-Solving: When things don't go to plan (and they won't always), you'll be the one to flag it, troubleshoot, and find solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

Communication: You're a natural communicator—clear, professional, and confident whether you're writing an email or jumping on a call.

Organisation: You can manage competing priorities, keep track of details, and stay calm when things get hectic.

Adaptability: Startup life means things change quickly. You're comfortable with that and can pivot when needed.

Experience: You've worked in a similar role before—maybe as a PA, EA, or product coordinator. You've compiled reports, tracked production timelines, coordinated with vendors, and kept projects on track. Bonus points if you've worked in a startup or small business environment.

Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with a range of programs and tools—calendars, project management software, spreadsheets, you name it.

Product Development Know-How: You understand the journey from concept to launch and have experience coordinating across design, engineering, and production teams.

•Experience with go-to-market strategies

•Familiarity with influencer outreach or community engagement

•Background in managing multi-product portfolios
