We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our business operations as the company continues to expand.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-performing operations across the business. This position will work closely with department heads to coordinate sales, marketing, and client service teams while implementing systems that improve productivity and communication.

You'll bring a combination of structure, initiative, and people management skills to ensure the business runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple departments.
  • Support the leadership team in executing business strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage reporting, performance tracking, and KPI systems.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate meetings, action plans, and internal communication.
  • Review and refine marketing materials and client communication documents.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion and client experience.
About You

You're a results-driven professional with exceptional organisational and leadership skills. You enjoy improving systems, managing people, and creating operational clarity in a busy, growing environment.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations or management role (property or professional services preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
