Role Description

This is a contract role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the company. Responsibilities include managing a team, optimizing operational processes, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position is hybrid, based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management experience, including process optimization and team management skills
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation skills
  • Strong understanding of Information Security and IT Services
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
