The Role
As a Systems Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our finance systems to meet the evolving needs of our organisation. This role requires you to work closely with Finance, ICT, and other key stakeholders, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and able to deliver meaningful financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as part of the implementation project.
- Work alongside our Applications Support team to provide systems administration and maintenance.
- Document systems, processes and procedures; develop and maintain an ongoing training framework for all D365 users; and deliver regular training.
- Actively participate in the Finance team's commitment to continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
Capabilities:
- Strong technical and systems accounting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively seek performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ERP implementation experience.
- Ability to create and deliver system training for end-users.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills for developing and presenting information clearly.
Experience:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in financial systems management and improvement within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in using technology to drive business efficiencies and deliver valuable financial insights.
