Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Citywide Patrol And Security Services Pty Ltd Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are currently looking for Experienced Retail / Loss Prevention Security Officers to assist us in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are always provided.

Our retail client's are located at multiple Sites across Metro Victoria and require our services 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
  • Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment.
  • Deal effectively with complaints.
  • Proactively anticipate, identify and rectify issues.
  • Ensure and maintain exemplary customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a professional, clean and smart appearance always.
  • Ensure effective security of shop tenants and the site at all times.
  • Screen all visitors and contractors ensuring they have permission to be present at site.

  • Retail/Loss Prevention experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • The highest level of professional presentation
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work without supervision and problem solve
  • Dedication, commitment and loyalty
  • Be flexible and available to work across the 7 days
  • Current Victorian Security License (please detail on resume)

What we offer
