Looking for a role where you can lead, inspire, and make a real impact every single day? We need a Retail Supervisor who's ready to be the heartbeat of our store operations.

You'll be right there on the floor, coaching your crew, delighting customers, and ensuring every detail is absolutely spot-on.

Be the Leader Your Team Deserves****

  • Motivate and support your Sales Assistants to shine every day
  • Lead from the front with energy, positivity, and killer customer service
  • Coach, mentor, and celebrate your team's wins (because recognition matters)

*Run a Tight Ship*

  • Keep stock flowing smoothly – receiving, rotating, and minimizing waste like a pro
  • Own the daily operations from opening to closing and everything in between
  • Support rostering to balance amazing service with smart budgeting
  • Make sure food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards are always on point

*Create the Experience*

  • Keep the store looking magazine-worthy with perfect presentation and merchandising
  • Champion marketing initiatives, upselling, and seasonal promotions
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with grace and professionalism
  • Turn every interaction into a moment that keeps customers coming back

You're someone who:

  • Has proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail or hospitality
  • Leads with a hands-on, people-first approach (your team comes first, always)
  • Communicates brilliantly and handles conflicts like a diplomat
  • Has an eagle eye for detail and takes pride in high standards
  • Tackles challenges head-on with creative solutions and a can-do attitude
  • Lives by accountability, professionalism, and doing things right

*The Non-Negotiables*

  • Experience in premium or specialty food retail
  • Food handling knowledge or certification
  • RSA certification (preferred but we can work with you on this)
  • A genuine passion for fine food, beverages, and hospitality excellence
