About the Role

We currently have 2 x roles available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, personalised service to every customer
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate customers on performance and lifestyle benefits.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store targets.
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
  • Assist with processing deliveries, stock management, and quarterly stocktake activities.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organisation to ensure an inspiring retail environment.

About You

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded, you will bring a love for product and engaging with consumers
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping customers find the right products.
  • You want to develop with a business and progress in your role
  • Strong communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable, proactive, and driven to exceed sales and service expectations.
