About the Opportunity

Sterling Global is one of Melbourne's most respected private property groups — with a reputation for delivering timeless, high-end developments in Australia's most iconic locations. 

We are now recruiting a Sales Executive, for a 6-month maternity cover contract, to be part of a once-in-a-generation project at 623 Collins Street — a rare heritage rebirth in the heart of Melbourne's most prestigious address. 

This is not your average residential project. No high-volume scripts. No student boxes. This is a boutique, generational offering — and we're looking for a sales professional who can match its tone, quality, and clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified buyer enquiries into sales through display suite appointments, private tours, and launch events
  • Mobilise and manage a network of external agent partners and referrers
  • Build long-term client relationships with both owner-occupiers and sophisticated investors
  • Present the project vision with confidence, precision, and warmth — backed by a strong marketing engine
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead follow-up, and EOI conversion pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, marketing team, and project directors

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in residential or project sales (off-the-plan experience highly regarded)
  • Someone equally adept at Retail and Channel sales
  • Confident communicator — able to present premium projects with warmth and authority
  • Results-driven, well-presented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working across weekends (with time-in-lieu flexibility)
  • Mandarin or Cantonese fluency highly regarded (not essential)
