For over 20 years, Ascot Air has been a trusted provider of exceptional air conditioning services to businesses across South East Queensland. From hospitality venues to shopping centres, corporate high-rises, and universities, we specialize in designing and delivering HVAC solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. With an in-house team of Incorporated Engineers, Draftsmen, and Project Managers, we take pride in offering innovative and reliable results for even the most complex projects.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a permanent Projects Administration Officer to join our dedicated team and support our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record timesheets for project teams.
  • Set up and maintain job files, including procurement and organization within our online job management system.
  • Perform general office duties and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Delivery Teams, ensuring seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with:

  • Experience in Procore or similar project management systems (highly regarded).
  • Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong computer and email proficiency.
  • A proven track record in a construction-related industry is a plus.
