Work. Join Sunwater as a Project Administrator where you'll work closely with the Project Director, Project Coordinator and relevant stakeholders supporting the Paradise Dam Improvement project.

As a Project Administrator at Sunwater, you will:

  • Provide Administrative assistance to the function or region and maintain records within Sunwater's information management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting agendas, room bookings, seminars, conferences, workshops, training, travel and catering requests
  • Process expense claims and manage purchase orders including ensuring prudent and efficient spend in line with Sunwater's policies and procedures
  • Prepare agenda, minute taking and coordination of follow-up actions arising from meetings
  • Communication with Sunwater staff and Senior executives on a wide range of issues, respect and maintain confidentiality, client confidence and effective working relationships
  • Provide complete information management for project correspondence and documentation, including reviews/approvals and distribution of documents

We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally having worked in a construction or project related environment.

This is a fixed term 1-year position which offers an array of attractive benefits including a competitive base salary, 12.75% superannuation and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance.
