Marsupial are seeking a Horticulturist Team Leader - Maintenance to join our fast paced team based in the South East Queensland. This role is a hands on one involving all facets of planting and grounds maintenance in addition to performing team leader duties. This full-time permanent opportunity is based on the North side of Brisbane.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of a small team
  • Auditing, record keeping and reporting
  • Various landscape management duties, including:
  • Garden and tree planting
  • Mowing
  • Mulching
  • Pruning
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Hedging and weeding

About you:

  • Great attitude, communication skills, organised, problem solver, friendly and approachable.
  • Drivers licence (manual)
  • MR vehicle licence (Preferred)
  • Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture
  • Experience in Landscape Maintenance
  • A passion for working outdoors and improving the environment
