About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and reliable Client Intake & Engagement Officer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with NDIS admin or coordination experience who enjoys helping others and working with purpose.
Start casual for a 3-month trial (SCHADS Level 2.1–2.3), with the opportunity to move into a permanent part-time role (2–4 days/week) at Level 2.4–3.4 based on performance and client growth.
What You'll Do
- Respond to new participant enquiries and complete intake processes
- Gather NDIS plans, risk assessments, and service agreements
- Liaise with support coordinators, plan managers, and families
- Coordinate onboarding with the rostering/admin team
- Help participants understand and use their funded supports
- Keep accurate records and provide ongoing follow-up
- Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in NDIS admin, intake, or coordination
- Cert III/IV in Community Services, Individual Support or similar
- Great admin and organisation skills
- Confident using email, CRMs, and shared online folders
- Independent, proactive, and strong with communication
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
