Are you looking to kickstart your career with an internship over the summer?

We're looking for a motivated candidate to join our Architecture & Design and Building Engineering team in Newcastle as an intern for a three months period, with the prospect to transfer into a formal cadetship obtaining an Advanced TAFE Diploma in Civil drafting and documentation.

• You'll assist in working on varied projects across a range of clients as a Documentation Technician (intern).
• Assist in the preparation of technical deliverables in the form of design drawings based on engineering calculations and sketches.
• Collaborate and work on major projects alongside industry leading senior technicians, designers and engineers.
• Get meaningful feedback in your internship and we'll help iron out any kinks along the way – and if all things go well, we would look to transition you into a permanent cadetship.

Start dates and opportunities
Our Summer interns generally commence in November and finish up mid-late February to coincide with our next Graduate intake. A number of our interns also continue working in the business on a casual basis after their formal internship period has wrapped up.
