About Us

Eden Ability provides 24/7 NDIS support, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality care. We're looking for a Site Manager to take responsibility for our Mascot site, a busy, complex service that needs a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, staff, and client care.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be the go-to person on the ground. You'll supervise concierge staff and support workers, ensure clients are well supported, and handle issues as they arise. You'll also play a key role in welcoming new clients, managing service agreements, and liaising with families, providers, and stakeholders.

Main duties include:

  • Daily supervision of staff and concierge.
  • Handling on-the-spot issues and emergencies, making confident decisions under pressure.
  • Ensuring care plans and NDIS requirements are followed.
  • Overseeing client onboarding, service agreements, and documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with families and external providers.
  • Supporting transitions and intake of new clients.
  • Maintaining a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for both staff and participants.
  • Provide leadership & coaching to a team of disability support workers
  • Oversee & manage the ongoing day to day operations of the home
  • Responsible for budgeting and rostering staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on client's individual plans supporting them to achieve their goals and gain new skills.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (NDIS experience highly desirable).
  • Confident making decisions and solving problems in real time.
  • Empathetic and client-focused, but also firm when needed.
  • Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail.
  • Full working rights in Australia and fluent English.
