Caboodle + Co Hospitality Group is looking for COCKTAIL BARTENDERS to shake it at their Parisian Party Palace, Entrecôte.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, creative cocktail bartender with their finger on the pulse of the latest trends in the cocktail world, who is also ready to assist in leading and mentoring a junior team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of bartending experience, a keen eye for detail, and a fun, engaging personality, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Mastery in cocktail creation, coffee making, and solid wine and beverage knowledge is essential.

We're looking for someone eager to build a long-term career with the Entrecôte team, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches while fostering the development of junior staff.

Strong communication skills with staff, guests, and suppliers are essential. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards, mentoring others, and expertise in wine and beverage programs will make you stand out.
