Bartender

Entrecote Prahran is one of Melbourne's most popular destination restaurants. Famous for our 'Steak Frites', we also offer a wide variety of traditional French dishes supported by a fantastic predominantly French wine list.

We are now looking for passionate industry professionals with solid bar experience to work in this busy 7 days a week restaurant.

Naturally you would have:

- Significant experience in a similar bartender role
- Outstanding grooming
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A love and strong understanding of cocktail making
- Exceptional ability to think 4 steps ahead
- A fun and friendly personality
- Valid RSA
