We're looking for a passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team at Rossi Bar and help us serve up high quality, authentic pizzas.
Located in the heart of Prahran, Rossi combines Neapolitan style pizza and pasta with late night cocktails and carefully curated music to create a truly immersive dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with hand stretched dough, fresh toppings, and wood-fired ovens.
- Ability to manage heat and timing of a wood-fired oven
- A sharp eye for quality and consistency.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for great flavours.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
