Role Purpose

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to help shape and refine the way we work. In this role, you'll play a key part in reviewing, designing, and improving business processes to boost efficiency and productivity across the organisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, validate designs, and support the implementation of innovative solutions. From rolling out new software to managing small-to-medium projects, your work will directly contribute to smarter, more streamlined operations.

What You'll Be Doing


• Collaborating with teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements


• Supporting the design and implementation of new systems and process improvements


• Leading or contributing to small-to-medium sized projects


• Conducting testing, change impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement


• Helping to embed new technologies and ways of working across the business

What You'll Bring

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes


• Solid understanding of IT systems and how they support business operations


• Strong grasp of business analysis techniques, project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and change management principles


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Project, Copilot, Visio, Miro, and Word


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels


• Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems


• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities


• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to planning and delivery

Experience


• 5+ years in a similar role, contributing to the delivery of modern Finance, ERP, CRM, or Insurance systems


• 4+ years working within Agile/Scrum environments


• Skilled in translating business needs into technical language and vice versa


• Confident using JIRA or Azure DevOps to manage product or project backlogs


• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore, Mulesoft, or Power BI is a plus


• Exposure to cross-functional DevSecOps teams is highly regarded


• Strong coordination and project management capabilities


•  Copilot AI (or willing to learn/adopt) will be highly regarded.


• Knowledge around UX principles or best practise, and skills in Figma or UI design will be highly regarded.

Qualifications


• Tertiary qualifications in IT, business, or a related technical field is desired but not essential.
