Paediatric Speech Pathologist – Join Our Multidisciplinary Team

About Us

The Willow Tree Clinic is a well-established allied health practice offering Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology services. We are deeply committed to supporting children and families through collaborative, evidence-based care that nurtures development and empowers growth.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. This rewarding role involves working with private, Medicare, and NDIS clients to support communication and language goals across a diverse paediatric caseload.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
  • Ability to hold appropriate insurances (e.g., Professional Indemnity Insurance)
  • Current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
  • Experience or ability to work with NDIS participants
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a child-centred approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech pathology services and conduct assessments for children and adolescents with communication, language, speech, fluency, and feeding needs
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-focused care
  • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and peer consultations
  • Maintain professional development in line with registration requirements
  • Communicate effectively with families, educators, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to team and community training initiatives
