We're on the hunt for a Speech Pathologist who:

  • Brings creative, play-based approaches to therapy that inspire children to engage and grow.
  • Is dedicated to empowering families to support their child's communication journey.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing ideas and energy to enhance our multidisciplinary approach.
  • Has experience or interest in working with children with disabilities, including speech delays, language disorders, social communication challenges, and more.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering individualised, play-based speech therapy that focuses on improving speech, language, and social communication skills.
  • Supporting families with practical strategies and resources to create communication-rich environments at home and in the community.
  • Collaborating with other allied health professionals to develop holistic care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Exploring and implementing creative tools, including visual supports, AAC devices, and play materials, to make therapy engaging and effective.

What We're Looking For In You
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
  • Certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to obtain it).
  • A strong passion for play-based therapy and family-centered care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
