Are you looking for a role which offers total flexibility and can work around your lifestyle?
Therapy Road is the place for you We are on the look out for paediatric speech pathologists for contracting roles to service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland. We have an office in Warners Bay to keep you connected to your team and to write your reports in a peaceful environment.
We are a small team
at Therapy Road, we focus on providing quality services to individuals across the lifespan. In this role your caseload would consist of children aged 2-18 years with a range of delays, disabilities and disorders - delivering services in diverse settings, including homes, schools and pre schools.
As a mobile speech pathologist, you have the flexibility to choose your own hours and caseload. Don't want to work a Friday? Can't function before 10am? No problem
Why Therapy road is the place for you:
Team that values connection:
We pride ourselves on having a team of great people who make working together fun Being a mobile service, we have the flexibility to have our team catch's anywhere. Think parks, cafes, local office spaces and even the beach.
Autonomy, Autonomy, Autonomy:
We understand that you are so much more than your job. This is why we offer complete autonomy and flexibility over your work days, hours and caseload, so you don't have to give up doing the things you love outside of work.
Caseload that fills your cup:
We give you the ability to chose the caseload which aligns with your strengths and professional goals.
Complete admin support:
We tailor this to suit every team member individually. We know time can quickly get away with tedious admin tasks. We do all of this for you.
The non negotiable:
- A qualified Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Current Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- A valid drivers license and car for travel
- NDIS Workers Check (or ability to obtain one)
