"I have been working with the team at L&B for 12 months now and I am really enjoying it. Carol is wonderfully supportive in the amount of support, resources and professional development she provides to her clinicians. There is a lovely warm feel to the workplace. Clinicians are very supportive of each other and continually aim to help each other with assessment ideas, resources and therapeutic approaches. I consider my colleagues not only as colleagues but as my friends as well. The admin support team are amazing…there is never a request too big or small that they aren't willing to help out with and complete quickly. I love that admin team are able to organise and reschedule my appointments, answer phone calls and process payments. This allows me more time to focus on my clinical work and providing the best quality of service to my clients. I am very happy at L&B and hope to continue working here for a long time to come."

"I love my job at Leaps & Bounds. I am blessed to work with a fabulous team of people who are excellent at their jobs and a joy to be around. Working on the front desk I get to interact with all the beautiful families coming in to the clinic and it is great to see the kids progress from being shy for their first appointment to coming in and wanting to show me their light up shoes, or the toy they brought with them before the clinician comes to get them."

"I've been working at Leaps & Bounds for almost 10 years. We have an amazing, knowledgeable and supportive team of Speech Pathologists as well as the best admin and practice manager support. Going to work is always fun and motivating. We're fortunate to have access to fantastic resources and professional development courses. I love being a part of the L&B team"

"Just one of the benefits of working at Leaps & Bounds are the amount of opportunities afforded to clinicians.

As a new graduate, you are supplied with a mentor to help guide you through your formative years, in fact, all the senior and more experienced clinicians are always happy to share their knowledge.

You also have the opportunity for clinical growth through experiences with a varied caseload. This can include everything from speech sound disorders to language and swallowing difficulties in both paediatric and adult age range.

Leaps & Bounds are very generous in supplying clinicians with a yearly budget for professional development. I have already gained certifications in my first year as a new graduate that I wouldn't have been able to afford without this support.

Finally, I love working at Leaps & Bounds because I get to work in an environment where people truly care for their clients and colleagues."

"My career at Leaps & Bounds has been amazing. After 11 years of service, I have always been encouraged to express my passion and commitment to help clients with their communication needs. Encouraged by a positive, supportive director, I have been given the independence and motivation to achieve my personal career goals in a collegiate, flexible working environment which continues to provide me opportunities to enhance my skills, interests and experiences. My career has been nurtured by giving me the opportunity and confidence to manage my caseload of clients independently with full administration support. I am happy to know that my work is appreciated and rewarded. Leaps & Bounds is truly a family.
