About the role

Ryde Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and driven Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team in West Ryde, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for expanding Ryde's fleet presence & building strong relationships with corporate and government customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospecting new fleet leads and opportunities and and securing bew fleet customers
  2. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to win new fleet clients
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at fleet organisations
  4. Negotiating and closing sales agreements with new fleet customers
  5. Providing excellent customer service and support to existing fleet clients
  6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns
  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in fleet sales
  2. Strong selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions
  3. Experience managing medium business, corporate partnerships, government accounts, and fleet leasing relationships
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive sales
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  8. Valid Australian driver's licence
