Our client is a progressive and innovative automotive brand at the forefront of vehicle mobility. As they continue to grow their presence in Australia, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Fleet and Corporate Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

Based in Sydney, this hybrid role will see you lead national corporate and fleet sales initiatives across a diverse range of clients — including Fleet Management Organisations, Government departments, and large enterprise customers. Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will be responsible for driving fleet and corporate sales performance, developing new business partnerships, and implementing strategic programs to build the brand's presence within the fleet and corporate market. This position will suit an experienced professional who has worked as a Fleet Manager or Corporate Business Development Manager within a passenger vehicle importer or automotive OEM, and who is passionate about the future of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the national corporate and fleet sales strategy across all key market segments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Management Organisations, corporate clients, and government bodies
  • Collaborate with Retailer Partners to identify and maximise fleet sales opportunities
  • Design and execute strategic campaigns to drive sales growth and brand visibility
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and profitability targets
  • Represent the brand at client meetings, events, and industry functions nationwide

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive fleet sales or corporate business development within a vehicle importer / OEM or Fleet Management organisation

Required Skills

  • Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Commercially astute, strategic and results-focused
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems will be well regarded
