Job Description

We're looking for a driven and experienced Fleet Manager to lead our NSW fleet operations currently based in Rydalmere with imminent plans to relocate to Kemps Creek in early 2026.

This permanent role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage a team of employees as well as a large sub-contractor workforce while ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

·       Recruitment of required fleet size and composition align with operational needs and seasonal demand

·       Lead and support the Operations Management team and sub-contractors

·       Oversee Return to Work programs for injured sub-contractors

·       Manage sub-contractor performance, training, and compliance

·       Ensure all fleet members are trained in WH&S, fatigue management, load restraint, and other legislative requirements

·       Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism across the fleet

What We're Looking For

·       Proven experience in fleet or operations management

·       Strong leadership and people management skills

·       Excellent communication and customer service abilities

·       High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

·       A current Australian driver's licence

·       A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
