Novated Lease Fleet Manager to lead partnerships with large clients (enterprises, government, and salary packaging providers). You'll bridge finance, operations, and sustainability to drive EV adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate & Novated Lease Program Management


• Serve as primary contact for large clients (e.g., ASX200 companies, public sector) opting for BYD EVs via novated leasing.


• Structure bulk orders and custom pricing for fleets (50+ vehicles).

  1. End-to-End Lease Coordination


• Oversaw the entire novated lease lifecycle


• Pre-sale: Educate HR/payroll teams on EV tax benefits.


• Ordering: Coordinate with BYD factory for bulk deliveries.


• Post-sale: Manage charging infrastructure rollouts for clients.

3.Stakeholder Collaboration


• Partner with leasing providers (SG Fleet, Lease Plan) and payroll teams to streamline salary packaging.


• Advise clients on total cost of ownership (TCO) comparisons (EV vs. ICE).

4.Compliance & Sustainability Reporting


• Ensure compliance with FBT (Fringe Benefits Tax) exemptions for EVs.


• Track and report CO₂ savings for corporate ESG goals.

5.Client Retention


• Implement loyalty programs (e.g., free charging credits for employees).


• Resolve escalated issues (delays, battery concerns).

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:


• 3+ years in fleet management, novated leasing, or B2B automotive sales.


• Deep knowledge of salary packaging, FBT, and EV incentives.


• Proven track record managing corporate accounts (100+ vehicles).

Skills:


• Financial acumen (explaining lease structures, residual values).


• Relationship management (C-level, HR, finance teams).


• Familiarity with BYD's EV range and charging solutions.

Bonus Qualifications:


• Certification in fleet management (e.g., AFMA).


• Experience with fleet software (e.g., FleetCor, EROAD).

Salary Range $70k to $100k plus Super and Commission
